Over the past eight years, I’ve navigated three corporate mergers: EverBank to TIAA Bank to TIAA. Through each transition, I served as a lead designer, guiding teams through change while maintaining a consistent design voice. I led three rebrands, built ADA-compliant design libraries, and established quality control systems that caught issues before launch. I also created an onboarding platform for designers that connected Jira tickets, design libraries, and content rules to make collaboration faster, smarter, and more consistent.
My projects have spanned B2B and B2C experiences, from financial dashboards to participant portals. One of my proudest achievements was helping reduce customer service call volume by improving UX clarity and simplifying participant journeys.
Designed and executed comprehensive social media marketing campaigns, including visual collateral (posters, flyers, mailers, emails) and online contests tailored to brand identity and target demographics.
I have successfully built multiple brand foundations, including logos, unique visuals, and cross-platform material.
If design is about connection, my career has been about building bridges—between users and products, accessibility and innovation, and brands and the communities they serve. I’m trained in WCAG and ADA compliance, and I believe that accessibility should be a part of my thinking, not just a task to check off. I design experiences that everyone can use, understand, and enjoy. Whether I am updating antiquated paper processes into easy-to-use digital apps or creating design systems that can grow, I always focus on improving accessibility, engagement, and user experience.

I’m passionate about mentorship and inclusion. As a volunteer mentor for Women in STEM and ERG Alliance programs, I’ve guided interns and peers as they explore their paths in design and technology. Watching them grow and find their voice in this field has been an incredible part of my journey.
For me, great design is inclusive, intentional, and human.
Through all of these experiences, my greatest lesson has been that good design is about people. During my time with TIAA Bank, I designed websites for community initiatives and our partnership with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Seeing how design could support local programs and make a tangible impact on my community was one of the most rewarding moments in my career.
