 I'm extremely proud of the design work I led on TIAA’s account homepage, which had a measurable and meaningful impact. The homepage/dashboard experience was ranked #1 by Corporate Insight in their DC Plan Sponsor Website Benchmark, excelling in key categories such as Design & Navigation, Reporting, and Plan Administration.

Over the past three years, my focus was on crafting a homepage experience that supports participants throughout their entire retirement journey—from saving to managing and investing—by delivering a clear, personalized projected forecast at every stage.

I collaborated with multiple cross-functional teams, including fellow designers, content strategists, accessibility experts, and user testing partners.

 I was fortunate to contribute to TIAA Bank’s partnership with the Jaguars, working on projects and campaigns that celebrated our community, supported local charities, and reflected our shared love for Jacksonville and the team. It was an honor to be part of initiatives that made a meaningful impact both on and off the field.

 I loved building this page because it highlighted the Bank’s commitment to education and community development. The interactive map allowed users to explore specific initiatives by county across Florida, showcasing the positive impact made at a local level.

In Jacksonville, there’s a strong sense of family—one that’s felt, shared, and deeply rooted in the community. Knowing that both my local and work families came together to help create safe spaces for those in need inspired me to push forward and succeed.
